Kuwait's national STEM motorsport challenge, supported by Formula 1. Design, engineer, and race a scale Formula 1 car — and compete for a place on the Season 26/27 National Final podium.
STEM Racing Kuwait is the Kuwait chapter of the world's largest STEM motorsport challenge — supported by Formula 1 and delivered locally through SACGC's Excellence Program. Students design, engineer, and race their own scale Formula 1 car, competing for a place on the National Final podium.
Open now for Season 26/27, general registration welcomes students in grades 9 to 11 to join as an Individual, as part of a Team, or through their School — casting a wide net before a shortlist of finalists is invited to interview.
Shortlisted students join the Excellence Program: hands-on training with real manufacturing equipment — CNC machines, 3D printers, and laser cutters — building both a race car and the engineering, teamwork, and enterprise skills behind it.
Teams of five to six students train together under SACGC supervision toward the Season 26/27 National Final, with outstanding teams considered for STEM Racing World Finals preparation.
Train on the same class of equipment used in professional workshops — CNC machines, 3D printers, laser cutters, and hand tools — under SACGC supervision.
Selected teams progress from training to the Season 26/27 National Final, with a pathway toward STEM Racing World Finals preparation for top performers.
Use CAD and applied physics to design, model, and manufacture a scale Formula 1 race car from the ground up.
Work with CNC machines, 3D printers, and laser cutters to bring your design to life, under expert supervision.
